MAS Slow Hardener

DESCRIPTION

This No Blush hardener works well in a temperature range of 70 to 90 degrees. At 70 degrees you will have a 24-36 hour green cure stage. The next coat will chemically bond to the uncured epoxy. When we are working at our wintertime 60-degree shop we normally blend this slow hardener with 25% fast hardener to end up with the same 24 hour green cure time. As long as we don’t go beyond 30% fast hardener on the hardener side of the equation we won’t have to worry about amine blush. Remember, the resin to hardener ratio is always 2 to 1.
